The Tasman Peninsula Marine Protection Inc. (TPMP) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on 15 August 2026 at the CWA Hall, Nubeena at 2.30 p.m. to 5.00 p.m.

 If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to vote, please email tpmp@tpmp.org.au and I'll forward a nomination form to you.

 Please note, both the person nominating and the person seconding the nomination have to be financial members.

A reminder that you don't have to be a financial member, if you wish to attend the AGM.

 Membership fees run on a financial year basis, as such are due from 1 July 2026. I've been advised that members have three months to arrange payment from 1 July 2026.

 A reminder that the membership fee is $10.00.

 Please when you make payment to include the following description: 

 ‘name membership fee’

 This enables the payment to be easily identified and can be checked off on the records.

 Membership fees can be made before the commencement of the meeting, on the day of the meeting.

 Please confirm your attendance, so that I can ensure that you receive a copy of the Minutes from the 2025 AGM and the President's Report.
