Stop selling toxic Tasmanian salmon Tell Hill Street Grocer that toxic salmon is gross

Join us on 25 February in demanding Hill Street Grocer stop selling toxic farmed salmon

Tasmanian-owned chain Hill Street Grocer is selling toxic farmed salmon that is destroying Lutruwita / Tasmania’s marine environment and pushing the Maugean Skate to extinction.

The Hill Street Grocer CEOs have told us that if we can demonstrate that enough consumers don’t want them to sell Tasmanian farmed salmon, they will remove it from their stores.

That’s why we are ramping up the pressure to show them that communities don’t want them stocking a product that is destroying Tasmania’s waterways and pushing an animal to the edge of extinction.

On 25 February, join us at one of 10 locations across Tasmania to demand Hill Street Grocer stops selling toxic Tasmanian salmon!

Together, we’ll stand up for Tasmania’s waterways, its wildlife, and a future free from the destruction caused by industrial fish farming.

Find your nearest location and be part of the movement. Actions start at 8 am with banners provided, or bring your own placard.
